November Studies

Studies! These took about an hour each. Need to work on my speed! I feel a little rusty, good thing I love drawing the figure. Photoshop, I only took a break from you for a few days, don't be so picky.

Found these pictures from pixelovley.

I normally don’t post things I buy but how could I not! LOOK AT ALL THE AWESOME FROM CTN 2013! I had such a wonderful time and hope to go again next year!! And I will remember to bring more money to buy more awesome art and books!!!
These are the artists in this picture:

To get ready for CTN I revamped the flower portrait a little and made business cards! I really liked how they turned out, can't go wrong with having some business cards nearby.

I had such an amazing weekend at CTN. I met so many wonderful people. Everybody was so friendly and nice! I have new goals and projects underway so keep a look out!

Here have some owls! Just playing with shapes. Lots more to post!!

FINISHED. Finally. This piece started out as a quick couple hour study and then I got sucked in and here is the result. I had a lot of fun with this one and want to continue to work and push color.

UPDATE!

People have been asking me what I’ve been up to so I decided to post a WIP of a piece I am currently working on! I have a few personal projects planned that I’ve been working on so stay tuned!

I've also had the opportunity of recently illustrating the cover of Zetabella's first book that made it to print, The Morcant Twins and the Curse of the Griseum, which can be found on Amazon HERE!! This is my first time being published which is exciting. The book is also a good read which is a bonus! I can't help but read my fair share of fantasy books.

But mainly I've been doing A LOT of drawing, studying anatomy, research, watching tutorials, and admiring artists. And I've might of gone through a season of the X Files. That's it for now.

Thanks for taking a look!

The Lovley Lisa

Some more portrait studies, this time of the lovely Lisa! My boyfriend’s sister was wonderful and let me use her at my model.
I’m exploring more with color and painting in Photoshop. My next plan for these will be a surprise that I will post the result of soon.
